We carefully prepare and pack each order from our studio in Cornwall. Orders ship Monday through to Friday. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 days from when placed.

Please allow up to 30 days for your order when selecting standard shipping terms; this is a completely untracked service so we will not be able to assist in the whereabouts of your order. 

UK delivery

All orders have an estimated delivery time of 3-5 working days within the UK, this does not include processing time. We offer an express next day delivery service. Please note that for next day delivery there is a cut off time of 11am.

Please note that we do not offer Saturday express delivery, and so if an order is placed on Thursday with Express next day delivery after the cut off time that the order will be delivered on the following Monday.

Free standard shipping on all orders over £50 within the UK.

Orders being shipped to the UK (from our UK warehouse) will have a 20% VAT included in the price.

Europe, US, Canada, Mexico, Asia & Other International Countries:

As your order is shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), orders being shipped internationally may incur duties, fees and import taxes upon delivery. This charge is determined by your local customs authority and must be paid to your local carrier or government in order to receive your order. These fees are not collected by Ryn Frank.

Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to PO boxes.

Our international delivery is sent tracked as standard. This means that you will be able to check the location of your order during transit.
Price is based on weight and can be calculated at checkout.

We would like to ask that you allow extra time for your order to be received due to the current circumstances and the pressure that Royal Mail and other couriers are under. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund on postage if orders arrive outside the estimated time frame, as this is out of our control. An item being sent to Europe is only considered lost (refund will be issued or replacement offered) if it’s not delivered within 20 working days after the date it was due to be delivered. For an item going to the rest of the world, it’s 25 working days.
